Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ChichiCarrot is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and product.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for food items.
